The Stress Management service helps you assess your emotional well-being and clarify the next steps, such as whether further therapy support may be appropriate.

We understand that stress from family, relationships, and work can be overwhelming. This service offers professional guidance to help customers better understand their emotional well-being, identify key concerns, and explore next steps, such as whether further psychotherapy or support may be beneficial.
Stress Management Service is available exclusively for customers who have an eligible in-forced insurance or family takaful plan with ZLIMB or ZTMB.
You can nominate one member to use the service for free. No upfront nomination is required. You must register for the Stress Management service on behalf of the nominated member. Once you have registered the service for the nominated member, subsequent registrations will be limited to either you or the nominated member only, and no amendment will be permitted thereafter.
The eligible customers must register for themselves or on behalf of the nominated member only.
The psychologist will verify your information during the consultation. If it is determined that the service is being abused, the service will be suspended immediately, and you may be blacklisted.
No, eligible members do not need to pay any additional fee to use Stress Management Service. You can use Stress Management Service as often as needed, as long as the policy/certificate is in-forced. The service is not applicable for long-term psychotherapy.
If you have an eligible in-forced insurance or family takaful plan, you are automatically qualified for the service. If you wish to use Stress Management Service, you will need to enroll through our portal at https://zmyvirtualcare.teladochealthasia.com .

Once enrolment is completed and your eligibility is confirmed, psychologist will then contact you or the nominated member via phone or email and provide guidance based on the emotional and stress issues.

Our service hours shall be Monday to Sunday from 9am to 9pm (except Malaysia public holidays).
No. To protect your personal data and comply with information security requirements, enrolment cannot be done via hotline. You can only do the enrolment through our portal at https://zmyvirtualcare.teladochealthasia.com or email us at zmy@teladochealth.com .
After you complete the enrolment and your eligibility is confirmed, a psychologist will contact you or your nominated member within 24 business hours based on the preferred timing.
There is no set time limit for the consultation. However, each session will not exceed 1 hour in principle.
You will receive a soft copy of written report that includes psychologist’s recommendations and professional guidance on next steps.
Conversations may be recorded for quality management purposes, and you will be required to acknowledge this in service terms during the enrolment. If you prefer not to be recorded, please do not proceed with the enrolment.
To protect your privacy, Teladoc Health will not disclose session details, or conversation logs to any third parties, including insurance companies, without your consent. The information provided will only be used by the psychologist or service team supporting your concerns and will only be used to provide the service.
No. Stress Management service is a value-added service provided by Zurich and does not affect your claims or premiums.
The current language available are English, Mandarin, and Malay. Please indicate your preferred language during enrolment and Teladoc Health will advise accordingly.

No. this is not a crisis or emergency hotline. If you are in immediate danger or feel you may harm yourself or others or in severe psychology crisis, please go to the nearest hospital or contact local emergency support immediately.
No, Stress Management service does not prescribe medication.
You can use the service multiple times for short term guidance, as long as your policy / certificate is in forced. If you require long term therapy, you may need to seek local mental health professionals.
